i have spotify premium and this month, i received a charge of 33€, instead of the 6,99€... Can u help me?

Did you get one charge of 33€ or did you get many charges totaling up to 33€? Also, has this happened to you before, or is it the first time? I'd also suggest reading this Support article for more info.

Just one charge... and I thinh this is the first time, that this happened to me...  I couldn’t enter that link you send me... I am now with no money on my acount, how can I have my money back?
