FREE 6 mo. Spotify with Rogers

I am being charged $9.99 for Spotify when it is supposed to be FREE for 6 months, it has only been a month and a half since I activated my New Phone and Plan with Rogers. What am I to do to fix this??

If you had a premium account  before hand then you should have cancelled this before to subscribe to the offer. 

 

If you still can't get the offer to work you can fill out a form and get in contact with a Spotify staff memer who can put this on your account:

https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-support/

Sorry to hear this! May I ask just to clarify who 'Rogers' is?

Rogers is a wireless mobile company.
