Eu tinha o plano universitario, e sem eu fazer nenhuma alteração, ele mudou pro plano normal sozinho, eu vi a cobrança reclamei, cancelei o spotify, e esse mes me cobrou de novo pelo plano premium individual, isso é um absurdo, foram mudanças que eu NÃO solicitei imagem_2021-08-11_153832.png

We'll do our best to clarify what has happened.

 

Most likely you have two Spotify accounts. We'd recommend checking this article for some helpful tips on how to find your second account and cancel the second subscription as well.

I don't have two accounts and I think I deserve the refound. But, the articles don't help, and I don't know how to talk directly with support.
