My Question or Issue

Last may , I bought a giftcard of 30,00€ corresponding of 3 months at Spotify Premium .I have a Premium since august 2016 .After 2 month for Free , the facturation begins the 19th of october 2016 via my Paypal account and so on till the 19th of may 2018 .The 25th of may , I bought the giftcard of 30,00€ .I was surprised when the paiement via Paypal start again the 19 th of august ! Is this a joke ! I think I have paid a month too much . I understand nothing about the facturation system of Spotify .

Must we pay for the month in progress or the month after ?

30,00=3 times 9,99€=3 months at Premium!!!!

Welcome to Community. That's strange! 

 

It seems that your Gift Card was queued because your PayPal payment details are still active. We'd recommend canceling your subscription. This way your payment details will be removed and your Gift Card should be activated 🙂
