My Question or Issue

Depuis 2018 je recois tous les 16 et 24 du mois le même message. Porquoi je suis debité deux fois conccernant mon abonemment, dans le meme mois?

J'ai que un seul compte, et j'aimerais avoir une reponse et une solution à ce probleme.

Sorry to hear you're seeing unexpected charges for your Premium subscription. Don't worry - we'll help you with that!

 

To check the billing dates for your subscription you can view your receipts on your account page.

 

It's technically not possible to have two subscriptions at once with just one account, so it's likely that there is another account out there, which you might have forgotten about or which is registered to a family member or friend. 

 

We'd recommend to check out this page and follow the steps under Do you have more than one account? In case you can't access the second Premium account, you'll also find a link there to get in touch with our support staff, who will help you track down the account.
