Hello,

I try to subscribe premium (offer 60 days free trial) but it always fail with msg "payment failed, pay again or try another option".

I tried with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and nothing works; while everything is good for me. I have the money and my bank cards are not blocked, the country setting is ok, and i can pay abroad.

J'essaye de m'abonner à spotify avec l'offre des 60jours d'essais, mais j'ai toujours un message d'erreur.
J'ai essayé avec une CB Visa, une CB MasterCard, Paypal, et e-cartebleu et rien ne fonctionne, alors que tout est bon, j'ai les fond nécessaire le réglage du pays est ok, je peux payer à l'étranger, ma banque ne me bloque pas mes CB.


Merci par avance de m'aider à résoudre ce problème.

Hey @asmnico,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Yes i have already try with my phone, the network of my company, and with private navigation on firefox, chrome and safari.

please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
