Fail to subscribe to premium

Hi everyone !
So this morning I wanted to get Spotify premium. But after I write all the card details and everything, it tells me an error message saying that there was a problem. The problem isn't from my credit card, but I've searched on the internet and it says that it is from Spotify. Anyway, I still haven't found a solution and the error message keeps popping everytime I try again.
If someone has any idea, please tell me. Thank you
