Failed Payment - Changed Details - Failed Payment Again - But Card Charged

Failed Payment - Changed Details - Failed Payment Again - But Card Charged

Hello! If anyone is able to help I would greatly appreciate it.

 

A few days ago, I received an email that my payment failed. While I was initially surprised, I remembered that I had canceled that particular card and gotten a new one. So, I went online and updated my payment info to my new card. However, as I submitted the information, an error message appeared.

 

I waited a day, and tried to reenter my new card info. Again, I received an error message that my info was not updated.

 

Now, I have received a second email about my failed payment, but according to my card, I have been charged 2x.

 

Can anyone offer any insight or suggestions?
