Failed Payment but no issue from my Credit Card Institute

Hi Spotify Team,

I received notification today that the payment of the Premium subscription failed.

My credit card has not expired and I can also confirm that there are enough funds to pay for the 9.99 EUR fee.

I have tried to re-insert the same credit card details but I encountered an error message.

Could you please advise what it is the issue that you are encountering in taking the payment? I am writing here as I cannot see any phone number to whcih I can reach you and I do not have a Twitter account.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

In this case, could you try doing this using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps? If that doesn't help, could you try using another payment method?

 

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screemshot of an error message shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
