My Question or Issue

My Premium subscription was ended due to a payment issue with my credit card (I had a Premium Family plan), now I try to subscribe a Premium plan again (but only for me, 1 account) but when I try to pay, I receive this message

 

"Se produjo un error. Vuelve a intentarlo o contacta al equipo de Ayuda." (English: "There was an error. Try again or contact the Help team.")
