My Question or Issue

Hello,

For the second month in a row I'm receiving email that my payment for premium has failed. My credit card is totally fine. When I go and update the payment details using the exact same card, it charges me fine, but the next month I receive the email with failed payment again.

Do you have idea what could cause this?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I'd recommend making sure that your payment method meets these requirements. If so, you should contact your bank and ask why this is happening.

 

Alternatively, you can try using an alternate payment method (e.g. PayPal).
