My Question or Issue

I tried to pay for premium multiple times and it didn’t work but at the end transactions have been made multiple times and yet still I don’t have access to premium approximately 80 DHS have been taken off my account.

Do the charges you see on your bank statement show as pending or have they been posted? Also, does your subscription status say Premium here?

 

You can also check your Receipts page to see if there is any charges there as well.
