Failed to subscribe premium

Failed to subscribe premium

I subscribed for about 1 years ago by additional charged to my malaysia telco bill, but suddently spotify notify me to update payment details. I changed another number to subscribe but failed, and notify me "reached the limits with repeatly mobile number" please help, how do i subcribe my premium account back. Please reply to my email manggo1989@gmail.com

Sounds like the payment through your service provider is failing to go through, that's why you received this notification.

 

Since you're getting the error that you've reached the limit with your mobile number, we suggest contacting your service provider for more information about this.

 

Right now, Spotify can't manage third party subscriptions, so any payment errors should be taken care of by your provider.
