Failed to switch to premium account after change country to Germany

Hello!

 

I've moved to Germany from Poland 3 months ago.

 

Today my account has been changed to German one (basic one - free of charge) and when I'm trying to update my payment details with mine German CreditCard details I'm getting error messageScreen Shot 2017-11-07 at 20.56.05.png

I've contacted my bank (DB). They've told me that problem is not on their side.

 

I'm using this credit card for other subscriptions (netflix etc) without any problems.

 

Anyone faced the same problems?
