Failure premium family plan

I am part of a family premium pack with 3 other members, but for all except the creator of the pack it says we have a FREE subscription (while we are still paying every month for the premium family). We each have separate e-mails, the payments have come through to spotify and when we tried to invite our users again into the premium account (in case we where eliminated for some reason) but spotify tells us we cant be in two premium accounts and that we are already part of that one.... its been a month and we havent been able to solve this problem. We love spotify but would be nice if all the family could listen to music without commercials. Thanks

Sometimes users can be removed from a Premium for Family subscription because we weren't able to verify the accounts based on the information provided. All members of a Premium for Family subscription must reside at the same physical address as mentioned in our T&Cs: https://www.spotify.com/legal/family-plan/. You can restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Spotify Premium subscription over at http://www.spotify.com/premium/.
