Cuando trato de canjear mi código, la página dice que hubo un error, ese problema lo tuve desde ayer porque lanzó página decía que lo intentara más tarde, ayuda Spotify

Could you please state the following :

- What type of card are you trying to redeem ?

- Which device is being used for the process

- Are you a new Spotify subscriber ?

- Country in which your account was created at

- Have you used different devices/network for the process?

- Have you tried using incognito page for the process ?
