Familiar plan time

Good, I just made a family plan and I made a payment for 12 months.
When I see the subscription in my account, it states that it will be renewed on 01/17/2019, however, having paid 12 months it should be until 05/19/2019.
What is the reason for this failure?

The calculation of the remaining period of premium for family is technically correct.

When you bought a whole year of Premium, it was done for a single account and not for the family plan.
When you switched from Premium to Premium for Family, the remaining time based on the money you spent for the whole year and the money needed to pay for the Premium for Family subscription, which is more expensive, has been recalculated.
