Hi, like two days ago a familiar bougth the premium plan and i recived the mail and complete but when i enter to the account is like i didn't do anything, try like 3 times and nothing, please help

I am sorry to here you are having issues with Premium for Family.

 

I am a little confused on what the issue is exaclty, are you able to provide a screenshot of any error messages displayed?
