Family Account Holder - Where to get Google Nest Mini code?

My Question or Issue

I've been a Spotify account holder for many years now and so based on everything I've read so far, I should be eligible for the Google Nest Mini. 

When I go to the page, https://www.spotify.com/uk/premium/#PLANS I dont see any mention of a code for those who already have an account. 

Where do I go, what do I do?
