Hi, I changed my family car subscription, my mother changed her credit card, they gave her a new card with a new pin code, so her old account and stop now, she renewed her family subscription, I want to join her, they tell me, I have to wait 12 months why?

Thanks for reaching out.

Family/Duo members can switch plans only once every 12 months. This limit is not enforced in the following scenarios:

• When the new plan is started in the same account as the old one.
• When the account hasn't been upgraded to a different subscription in the meantime.

If either of the above conditions is not met, you won't be able to re-join the new plan.
