Family Members removed from main account

Family Members removed from main account

Country: Norway

  

Between yesterday and today all family members were removed from the main account and I have had to invite them back in again for them to get access. 

 

Is there a reason this happened?

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. There may be a few reasons this have happened.

 

- Is it possible that you had a delay in your subscription payment? (Most likely)

- Did you by any chance downgrade to the regular Premium plan? (Possible)

The answer is no for both. I have not changed anything in my account, nor were there any payment issues I am aware of. 

 

The subscription just seemed to have "reset" yesterday. I wouldn't have noticed myself, as I have the main account and my subscription was working as usual. Everyone else was booted out however. 

 

It would be great to be able to see some account history. This way I could see if anyone else has accessed the account and made changes
