Family NOT WORKING...HELP! Apple here we come!

Family NOT WORKING...HELP! Apple here we come!

1. Son had his own Premium Account.

2. I subscribed to Spotify Family.

3. Me and my partner downloaded Spotify App.

4. Sent invites to partner and son.

5. When son uses it I can’t.

6. When partner uses it I can’t.

7. Rubbish/non existent help.

8. Resent invites- still not working 

9. On verge of cancelling to go Apple

10. DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW - HELP!

Hey @Tweedy37,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.

I think I have a similar issue. I had a spotify premium account and then upgraded to a family account. On the sonos app is still states that it is premium, not premium for family. When I use the sonos app and spotify app concurrently on my iphone, one app gets kicked off. Please help
