Premium wanting to join Family Plan

My Question or Issue

I am on a Premium plan currently however my mom switched to the family plan and I am trying to join. I subscribed through Spotify, not a third party. I got the email and the code needed to join.. I added the information it asked for which was name and address but a message pops up saying “oops something went wrong” We have tried resending the invitation, we’ve tried using a desktop computer and through the phone. Nothing is working.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Let's make sure that you haven't joined a Premium for Family plan in the last 12 months, and that you and the owner reside at the same physical address.

 

Could you try asking the owner of the plan to send you another invite using a different valid email address?
