My Question or Issue

 Hello,

I had a family plan premium but my wife (who is living with me in the same house) keeps getting kicked (with the reason of not confirming the address) out from my family and i became single user who pays for Family Plan then change back to simgle user premium.

Problem is I myself did the confirming the address from her e-mail with exactly the same address. We also connect from the same wifi everynight at home.

But she keeps getting kicked out from family plan. I even tried to create her a brand new spotify account. The Result is the same!

This problem hounts me for maybe 2 year! I demand and explanation and a solution!
