My Question or Issue

 

I've tried many times to accept the invitation to the Family Plan sent by Vinicius Waldow, with whom I live, but it doesn't work. How can we fix that?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try using another browser or incognito mode?

 

If that doesn't work, could you ask the plan owner to send the invitation to another email address? You don't need to send the invitation to the email address registered with the Spotify account.
