Family Plan

I was on a family plan and I was asked to confirm my postal code a week ago. Now this week I was removed from the family plan because "you couldn't verify my account." I don't understand this, I am located at the same address as my family account members. The host member has attempted to add me back, but I cannot be added back. Please help.

Same here! And they have the rule that you can only change a family subscription every 12 months but they dont distinguish if the account is the same.
