Family Prémium account doesnt work

Family Prémium account doesnt work

I am part of The family account and studenly I was disconnected from the account. I have double checked with the owner and he didn’t do anything. Any ideas why this happened ?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Thanks for reaching out.

Please keep in mind that you must be residing at the same physical address as the owner (and they have the same address info). If not, the plan members will be removed from the plan. 

 

Could you try asking the owner to send the invite again using a different browser or incognito mode?

All my family members have dissappeared from premium today as well! Neither I or my family have changed anything.
