Family Premium Problem

So apparently my Son got kicked out from our Premium Family. I dont know how this happened but his status changed from Premium to Trial. After trying to get him back in, we figured that the address we are living at is showed to be the wrong one. Atfer googling I saw a thread where a Spotify Supporter said, there is no chance to see the address we typed in there so im a little mad now. First, he get kicked out without any reason and secondly he cant get in back? So stupid..
