Hi. I've been using spotify family premium with my family but there is a problem on my cousin's address. We've tried every type of address(small, capital letters) that I used but it doesn't accept it. Can someone help me about it?

Yes. He lives at the same address. There was an e-mail which says there is a problem on his address but when we checked it, everything was correct. Then, we tried addresses but we couldn't solve it. Let me know why it doesn't accept his address?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
