Family Subscription Email Sent 4 times... NOTHING

I've been paying the past few months of spotify family premium and my family member has not been getting any of the emails to link the accounts.

 

I'm getting charged for a service my partner cannot use. There is no contact us or phone number for troubleshooting so this is very discouraging.

 

I'm trying to ask for help and since there is no troubleshooting number or contact us. A discount on the months I've paid for without being able to use this service.

Same here, but with two family members. At one point I got to a page where I could chat with a rep, but then I switched windows and it disappeared and I cant find that page anymore!
