Family Subscription- Listen Simultaneously

 

Hello,

 

I recently upgraded my premium account to a family account. but i am having some issues. we all have our seperate account but when my sister is online i cant listen to my music (and also the other way around).

 

Spotify probably thinks we are on the same account but we are not...

 

What can i do?

Hope you’re doing great! 

 

Could you send me a screenshot of what happens when both of you attempt to listen to music at the same time?

 

Also, could you make sure they signed up for their personal account here?

Thx for the welcome and for your fast reply!

 

Apparently my sister didn't quite understand me when I said she should login to her own account.... so that was the whole issue. 

 

 

So yeah... Thx anyways!
