My Question or Issue

I started subscribing to Premium Family Package (5 person) on 17 Dec 20, I paid by using my bank's auto debit. The subscription should end on 17 Jan 21, but today (1 Jan 21) I got notified that my bank auto debit the payment for the subscription eventhough it has just been 16 days (17 dec 20 - 1 jan 21) and when I check my premium status on spotify website it says that my next expiry is on 2 feb 21.

 

I have contacted spotify but I want to know if other users have/are experienced/ing the same issues, I feel bad charging my friends to pay when it has only been 16 days.

When it comes to your situation, the best to do is waiting for the answer from my folks from Customer Support, because they will be able to give you a better explanation for what may be happening on your account.
