Family Subscription went crazy!

Family Subscription went crazy!

Hi, 

 

My sister's just called me cause everybody at home has been removed from the Family Suscription apart from me. I've just logged in on the website and I've seen my there are only two account activate in my plan, mine and another's guy I don't know at all... so I think something gone wrong with your servers or something. Could you please let me know how to fix this?

Hey @shar_zgz

 

It sounds like someone gained access to your account and changed up the plan details.

 

First you will need to follow the directions here:

https://support.spotify.com/article/someone-has-gained-access-to-my-account/

 

Then, contact support

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
