Family account not activated

Family account not activated

I am included in a Family plan. In the Manager account, the invitation appears activated, but in my account, it does not appear that I'm associated and is appearing as a Free account

Before we take any further steps, could you please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details ?

 

It's a common mistake for users to be logged in with the wrong account or have a second account linked by mistake.
