My Question or Issue

i have the family plan, is there any way I can see if the family member is actually using there account under my plan?

Hey @Lild75, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

When you start a new Premium for Family plan, you'll be able to add/remove members on your plan. If you add a member to your plan, you'll be able to see it on your account if you're the owner.

 

However, you won't be able to see what they listen to, etc since they are on their own Spotify account. There is some more info on Premium for Family here.
