Family-member gets no invitation by e-mail

Family-member gets no invitation by e-mail

 I´ve got a premium subscription and have invited a family-member to join, but he gets no invitation by e-mail. Whats the problem?
We live at the same adress and the e-mail adress is correct....

Can they check the spam or trash folders to verify if the email is there? If not, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
