Family membership not working

Family membership not working

Hey,

 

I just started a family membership. Invited my wife. It says she's a member now, but her account shows free. It's not working. Tried several times and deleted Invited, etc. Someone from Spotify who could help me? It's very uncool paying for a family premium account but it won't work.

Hey @Robert198806! Thanks for writing.

 

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that your wife has more than one Spotify account associated to her. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page. Once you've located her Premium account, make sure that she always logs in with that account's details.
