My Question or Issue
I recently (about a year ago) planned to open up a family plan for my brother and my ex-girlfriend, who back then lived with me in an apartment. And me. Somehow I upgraded the plan, ever since paid the higher monthly fee but never received a confirmation that either of the two successfully registered for the family account. Unfortunately I only noticed now... I guess that's my bad.
Is there any chance I can get a refund for the time I used the account on my own but paid for the family version? :-/
