Family plan not getting premium

I have spotify premium and upgraded to the family plan and added my wife, and she is not getting the premium features

Hi @Mj96, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If your wife already accepted the invite, but is unable to see the Premium features, it's possible the she accessed a second Free account. Can you check with her if she has more than one account?

 

If she access with Facebook, but can see the Premium, ask her to use any username she thinks she could have used to create an account when logging in. Also, make sure that she doesn't use her email address to access.

She hasn't done neither of these things, still not getting premium features
