My Question or Issue

When I click on the 'credit or debit cards' option for the family plan monthly subscription it automatically sends me to the 'pay by mobile' option with no way of entering the card details, I've tried incognito, trying on another device and using another network.

Could you try subscribing through this link. 

 

If you get the same behavior from the website, it's a good idea to wait a day or two, as sometimes there are internal errors or website maintenances.

 

In case that's still not working, you can consider trying to make the Family subscription from the account of another family member.
