My Question or Issue

 I have given this company several months to resolve my issue of not being able to add my son to my family plan. Communicated multiple times here and via Twitter. Was told to be patient and that the "right" people were looking into the issue. Funny thing here is my original thread stated to me that the issue has been longer than 30 days and now to post another thread!

 

I have cancelled my family plan subscription as there is no accountability by this company whatsoever. They say they will get back to you and to be patient (patient since SEPTEMBER!!).

 

Fair warning to anyone looking to get an answer.

Can you tell me what happens when you try adding your son to the Premium for Family plan? Also, have you already tried this using a different browser or incognito mode?
