My Question or Issue

i always have been family account, yesterday my credit card was changed, and all my family menbers went out of the account. i want them back.

 

as you can see in my account history i have payed always the family premium

Hey @13Amap, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Can you make sure that everyone on the plan resides at the same physical address? If they don't - they'll be removed from the plan. 

 

If you've checked that - go ahead and send out another invite to those family members, and let me know how this goes.

I am sure and i cannot aens the invitation.

They charged me only the premium alone

Thanks for the reply! What happens when you try to send the invite? I'd love to see a screenshot (make sure to hide sensitive info) so that I can take a look.
