My family and I have been paying for premium for this months and our premium doesn't work, what to do? we have tried to log out and in again, but it doesn't work

What do you mean with your Premium isn't working? Does your profile page say that you've got Spotify Premium? If yes, try to reinstall your app here's a step by step tutorial on how to do it. ^^

Mine also gone, I've been paying for family premium, but now it's gone, I've reinstalled it but it keep showing that I'm not premium
