Family premium issue

Help,got email and  says couldn't confirm Address now my premium is gone.. I think I might have filled in previous address by mistake so it's not part of the family package.. Can you help sort this.. When I fill In new details after invite it says "something has gone wrong"

As part of our Terms & Conditions for the Premium for Family, all members must reside at the same physical address.

 

All you need to do to accept the invitations, is to enter the same address you've typed in, when you first signed up for the Premium for Family plan. Make sure to use the address where you currently live.
