Family subscription charged twice

Hello, I bought spotify premium for family but error showed up. Then i recieved SMS from my bank that payment was succesful, but I didn't have my premium. Then I had to buy it second time I got charged again. It's working now but I paid twice. Is it just some bug and I will recieve refund or I just paid for nothing.

Hi, thanks for quick respond, but it didn't help me. First time when I
clicked pay it showed me error and it says that the paymant can't be done,
but immidiately after that I recieved SMS from my banks that payment was
succesful, but I didn't have my premium, so I had to pay again.

Sorry for the delay. Still having trouble with your payments? We suggest that you go through your bank statement to see if you have two charges. If so, you might very well have two accounts that you're paying for.
