Family subscription suddenly cancel, can't rejoin family subscription

My Question or Issue

 I've recently joined my friend's Family plan but after a month it was suddenly canceled iy revert to free account. I've asked my friend to resend the invite but now I couldn't rejoin his family plan. Please help!

Hello @Nichols4!

 

You have to be in the same physical address with the people in the family plan to stay in it. You need to comfirm that you reside in the same address. You can read more about it in this article. Hope it helps and let me know how it goes :)
