My Question or Issue

I got premium family to share with my girlfriend and no matter what we tried she couldnt log in and was stuck with ads.  She logged out and back in through the link multiple times, and every time she still had ads.  I want a $5 refund for november and december as i essentially recieved premium because of this inability to use the service.

It seems to me that you missed some steps. Did she receive the email with family premium invitation and did she confirm the info and fill in the address for your premium subscription?

She never checks her email so its a good possibility she didnt, but spotify
made it seem like if she followed the link i texted her and entered her
information on the page it brought it her to that that would be it.
