Fee charged for free 6 months with Fido

Hi,

I just signed on with Fido (cell phone network) and it offered free Spotify premium for 6 months. I followed the instructions and gave my credit card info as needed. However I noticed that I had a small fee ($0.99) charged and it was never deducted or erased. This was from 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t gone away. Is there anyone who can fix this? I know it’s a small fee but it was supposed to be free...

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to Fido to see if they can help with this, as you subscribed from there.
