Hi, I signed up for a premium Spotify account March 22nd. Separately I just changed my phone plan (with Fido in Canada) and it comes with a free Premium account for six months. When I tried to apply it, it wouldn't go through, presumably because my first month is free with you. Do I try again after that first month free is finished? Thanks!

I suggest you contact support so they can help you


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
