First National Bank (South Africa) cards does not get accepted

My Question or Issue

I recently got a new bank card and I tried to update my premium account with my new card details. Unfortunately, it does not seem to get accepted and this is not the first time it has happened. A lot of users state they had to stop using Premium because Spotify won't accept their cards, and PayPal is not available yet. I thought at first it was a card/account privilege thing, but my bank (First National Bank) responds that my card should work with anything. I tried it using Google Music, Uber, and I even prepared a PayPal account just to see if any transaction occurs. All of them accept my money with love! Spotify consultants respond that my bank is fault for whatever reason.

Is there is literally no one who can figure out the true source of the problem?

It is actually pathetic and costly for both parties.
